Roots OT offers a growing community of nature-based groups and gatherings for people who are seeking space to pause, reconnect, and restore balance in their lives. Across all of these offerings, the intention is the same: to create a safe, welcoming, outdoor space where people can spend time in nature, feel less alone, and gently reconnect with themselves and others, without pressure to perform, fix, or explain. Whether you’re navigating change, seeking meaningful connection, or simply wanting a different way to be with others, these groups offer time outdoors that supports wellbeing, regulation, creativity, and a sense of belonging.
