Do you have employees on long term sick who need support to return to work? Would you like to understand more about their condition(s) and the impact of this on their ability to carry out their role?
We will discuss the specific case with you, meet with the employee (and union representative) to complete a comprehensive vocational rehabilitation assessment, we will also speak with their line manager to understand the job role and any changes to this. We will liaise with other medical professionals if relevant to the employees’ case. We will then produce a report with recommendations.
We will meet with the employer and employee together to formulate a graded return to work plan and work place agreement and can support the employer and employee to consider what other roles may be appropriate if they cannot return to their original role.
