Are you having difficulty managing day-to-day living tasks like cooking, cleaning, shopping, accessing the community or planning your day? Want to understand how you could do these tasks more effectively?
We aim to see you within 2 weeks of your accepted referral, much faster than statutory services, so you don’t sit on a waiting list.
We will see you at home where possible; the initial assessment will last 2 hours and we will ask you questions about how you are managing tasks at home on a daily basis and ask you to show me some of these. We will talk about your goals and what you like to be able to do going forward. You will then receive a bespoke report with recommendations for strategies and/or equipment to help you complete day-to-day tasks more effectively.
Follow up treatment and advice will be agreed with you as required, whether face to face or virtually. We can provide functional assessments to help you with completing PIP forms and support you with form filling and the assessment call if desired.
Prices: Assessment package from £480, includes: Initial consultation, assessment, report, recommendations & three month rehabilitation plan (if required) (depending on complexity of case, excluding travel) Treatment sessions: from £80 p/h (excluding travel)
