Are you finding it hard to speak to or relate to others?

Maybe you’re wondering how you can make time for yourself, or how you can fit more nature into your life. You might be wondering what else you can do to help yourself whilst you're on a waiting list for therapy.

  • Rested and energised meaning you have the energy for yourself to do the things you want to do and plenty of energy for the day-to-day things you want such as parenting
  • Much more present with your kids or family meaning you ENJOY time with them
  • Energised in the morning and looking forward to the day ahead

Would you like to feel:

  • Feel frazzled, exhausted and burned out meaning you have no energy to do the day to day things
  • Feel on edge a lot of the time and can’t seem to shake this whatever you do
  • Have no idea why you’re feeling so exhausted meaning you’re feeling lost, confused and don’t know where to start
  • Are struggling to prioritise making the time for you, meaning you’re completely frustrated with yourself

In this session you will:

🌿  Get outside of four walls and spend dedicated time in nature
🌿  Reflect on the things that keep you stuck and the things that you may have found helpful in the past
🌿  Connect with like-minded women in a safe and supportive space
🌿  Learn strategies you can use to slow down and create space for yourself to be present, to reduce stress and aid sleep
