A calm, restorative space for teams to reset, reconnect, and restore balance Modern working life can place sustained pressure on nervous systems, relationships, and creativity. Time away from usual environments and responsibilities offers a powerful opportunity for teams to pause, reflect, and reconnect - both with themselves and with each other. Nature-based Team Wellbeing Days provide a supportive, informal space for teams to reduce stress, regulate their nervous systems, and strengthen connection through therapeutic, nature-based activities. These days are not about performance or productivity targets. They are about creating the conditions where wellbeing, clarity, and collaboration can naturally emerge.
Nature offers space, rhythm, and sensory input that helps many people feel calmer and more regulated. Stepping out of indoor, task-focused environments allows the nervous system to settle and supports clearer thinking, creativity, and resilience.

Each wellbeing day is tailored to your team’s needs, energy, and goals. Activities are gentle, inclusive, and optional, with space for rest, reflection, and choice throughout the day. Sessions may include a blend of:

10:00 – Welcome & Grounding in the Cabin Gentle check-in, grounding meditation, tea 10:30 – Outdoor Connection Walk Sensory-based walk or seasonal foraging11:30 – Cabin Creativity Journaling, vision boards, or seasonal craft12:30 – Lunch (Bring your own or catered)13:15 – Fire Circle Reflection Intention setting, guided prompts, optional sharing14:00 – Restorative Practice Nature meditation, mindful crafting, or guided self-care15:00 – Group Closing & Takeaway Tools Reflection page and nature-based action plan (Structure is flexible and adapted to suit your team.)
Tea/coffee/water & biscuits are provided. Snacks can be provided for a fee - fire pit may be used weather permitting You are welcome to bring your own snacks with agreement
